Please contact email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Returns must be received Wilechile within
10 days of the original shipping date. Items must reach us in perfect, unwashed, re saleable condition with all original packaging to receive a refund, exchange or credit.
Swimwear and sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
Wilechile will not cover the cost of return shipping and we recommend that you use a tracked postage.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products we offer and do a thorough check on all items for faults and damages before being sent. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please advise Wilechile immediately so we can organise a replacement or a refund.
